Does this sound familiar?

Leading is harder than anyone admits — especially at the top.

These are the challenges senior leaders carry. They rarely get easier on their own.

  •  The leadership team is capable but not fully aligned
  • Accountability is inconsistent — especially under pressure
  • Tough conversations are being avoided or softened
  •  The same issues keep surfacing despite good intentions
  • You’re not sure the culture reflects how you want to lead
  • No genuine peer space to work through what’s actually going on

Leadership doesn’t change in a workshop. It changes through sustained practice, honest feedback, and accountability over time.

Maerk Seated the leadership Odyssey

This program is not about adding another initiative to your calendar.
It is about building the leadership habits, trust, and accountability that your team needs to perform at its best over 12 months of sustained, structured work.

What changes over 12 months

Habits that hold. Culture that lasts.

These are the consistent outcomes reported by senior leaders and leadership teams who have completed the full 12-month program.

  • A leadership team that operates with genuine alignment
  • Accountability that holds; not just when things are easy
  • A culture shaped by intent, not circumstance
  • Honest conversations that happen early, not after the damage is done
  • Leaders who are clear, confident and consistent under pressure
  • Lasting change; not a good quarter followed by old habits
Program structure

Four components. Twelve months. One coherent journey.

Each component is designed to reinforce the others. The quarterly offsites set direction. The regular mentoring keeps leaders accountable. The Pulse Checks measure what’s actually changing.

Quarterly masterclasses
(face to face)

Full-day offsite | once per quarter

Four full days across 12 months. Each builds on the last, introducing frameworks, practicing real application, and reviewing progress against Pulse Check data.

Small Group Mentoring

60 minutes | once per month

A structured monthly session where small groups from the leadership team works through live challenges together. Mark facilitates. The group holds each other accountable.

Executive Mentoring (1:1)

30 minutes | once per month per person

Every participant receives individual time with Mark each month — their specific challenges, their blind spots, their development. Available as an optional addition to the online program.

Pulse Checks

Every two months

Short mini-360s capturing feedback from direct reports on how consistently leaders demonstrate the program standards. Honest data on how leadership is actually landing.

 What clients say
Heard from senior leaders
who have completed the program

"I found the accountability strategies were exactly what we were after in helping our leadership group become stronger and more united in their decision making. All of the managers involved in these sessions still talk about the “vulnerability” tasks they were set which really helped them gain more trust within the leadership team."

The right fit matters. In both directions.

Is this program right for your team?
  • •    You lead a senior or executive leadership team
    •    You want lasting change, not a good workshop
    •    You are prepared to commit 12 months to sustained development
    •    You want your team to operate with more alignment, honesty and accountability
    •    You are ready to be challenged alongside your team — not just observe
  • •    You’re looking for a one-off program or a good team day
    •    You want external facilitation without personal accountability
    •    You’re not ready to be honest about where the leadership team is falling short
    •    You expect change without sustained commitment between sessions
  • Three key differences: this program is 12 months not 6, it includes quarterly face-to-face offsites, and every participant receives personal 1:1 mentoring with Mark each month. It is also designed specifically for senior leaders and leadership teams, not individual managers.
  • Yes. This program is designed for the leadership team, not an individual member of the team. The accountability, trust, and culture work only develops when everyone is involved.
  • Every month includes a Small Group Mentoring session and a personal 1:1 with Mark for each participant. The Leadership Odyssey program kicks off with the first full day offsite which sets the agenda for the following 3 months. Pulse Checks track performance with feedback guiding the mentoring sessions.
  • Yes. Mark works across Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia. Travel and accommodation costs apply for locations outside the Gold Coast.
