Nele Vandersmissen

Nele is the founder of Wondr, a global movement and consultancy activating people and organisations into purpose through transformational design.

Nele Vandersmissen has delivered over 1,500 immersive experiences, offsites, and retreats across more than 20 countries, blending psychology, design thinking, and storytelling to create lasting cultural transformation.

Nele’s background spans global leadership, corporate culture transformation, and rites of passage facilitation. 

Before founding Wondr, she spent five years in executive search, where she became deeply versed in Korn Ferry leadership assessments and behavioural frameworks. This foundation informs her ability to read group dynamics quickly, identify leadership patterns, and design functional, psychologically safe environments that heighten cohesion and collective performance.

She also previously led Culture and Engagement for Snapchat APAC & MENA, where she implemented world-first programs that drove measurable engagement and inclusion through Circle Facilitation and Rites of Passage retreats. 

As well as supporting Pragmatico, she currently teaches at the Rites of Passage Institute and is passionate about bringing real human transformation into corporate environments.

Melissa Flynn

Mel is a senior leader and management consultant with 20 years’ experience building integrated people and culture frameworks. 

She has extensive experience in the administration of the Life Styles Inventory (LSI), an organisational tool that uses 360 feedback to identify leaders’ thinking and behavioural styles.  

Mel has extensive background in management consulting and project management, having worked with major clients across Australia, the Middle East and South—East Asia.
